Neighborhood enrollment for Kindergarten through 5th grade for the 2025-26 school year is open! See the "Enroll Now" link below for updated enrollment forms and required documents.

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Enrollment for 2025-26
UTK will be referred to as "TK" beginning in 2025-26. Enrollment into TK will commence in March 2025, and will be an online process. Parents will be able to enroll in their school of residence, and upload all required documentation. If a school becomes full, the staff in the district office will offer seats to the next closest school with space available. Parent workshops via Zoom will be offered prior to the enrollment window opening.

SPRECKELS ELEMENTARY

Spreckels Elementary is an amazing school that offers a variety of learning opportunities to all students. We service children in grades TK through fifth. Aside from our academic, standards-based program, we also offer a Spanish Language Enrichment program, 4 days a week for 30 minutes. All students receive P.E. instruction once per week with our P.E. Coach, and throughout the week with their classroom teacher. Our fourth and fifth graders participate in a music program in either band, orchestra, or choir. We also offer Tech Lab instruction and Library time. We service over 650 students and are proud to educate students from our surrounding neighborhood as well as from all over San Diego. We have a rich and vibrant campus that reflects the diversity of this amazing city!
